This course goes over the general structure and nuances of Klaviyo's data model. Then, it introduces a framework for mapping your data into Klaviyo and dives into several example use cases of how brands can apply this framework to properly build out custom solutions with Klaviyo's APIs.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify a business goal that Klaviyo can support.
  • Determine the data required to support the business goal.
  • Set up appropriate messaging based on custom data.
  • Use APIs to modify Klaviyo data objects.
  • Structure API payloads to send the right data into and out of Klaviyo.
  • Walk through example use cases of how brands mapped out their data.
